Conditions for rent:

1 fighter - 5k $ per week, paid up front for 10 weeks, use of all coaches and all sparing sessions. max 3 fighters per manager.

1 fighter - 2k $ per week, paid up front for 10 weeks, use of own coaches which are paid by fighters manager (all cost of hiring and 10 weeks of salaries, paid up front for 10 weeks) max 8 fighters per manager.

the gym will be for Sensei`s fighters only, plus max 15 other fighters.
