Royal MMA 38 Heads to London: Aspinall Faces Polish Power

Royal MMA (408k+), Fight Organization, London
Company profile by Sub Zero

Royal MMA is set to bring its trademark brand of high-octane action across the Atlantic as RMMA 38: Aspinall v Dzuida lands at the Camden Conference Centre on September 27. With Banzai Clothing returning as the main sponsor, fans can expect a night of authentic fight wear and authentic violence, headlined by a heavyweight title showdown that could shape the global pound-for-pound landscape.

Aspinall vs. Dzuida: Can the King Be Dethroned?

The spotlight falls squarely on unbeaten heavyweight champion Cam Aspinall (12-0), the promotional face of Royal MMA. With eight consecutive title defenses and every one of his wins coming by TKO or KO, Aspinall has cemented himself as the division’s most feared finisher. A victory in London could see him break into the top 100 pound-for-pound rankings worldwide.

Standing in his way is Poland’s Karol Dzuida (8-3) of Fight Club. Long considered a dark horse of the division, Dzuida finally earned his first title shot after rattling off three straight first-round stoppages. His elite wrestling pedigree poses a dangerous stylistic clash for Aspinall. Can Dzuida ground the champion, or will Aspinall’s knockout power continue to reign supreme?

Co-Main: Riggs v. Kogan — Striker’s Delight

At light heavyweight, reigning champion Lamar “Big Time” Riggs (9-2) defends his belt for the first time against the surging Ho “The Immortal” Kogan (6-2). Riggs has made his mark with sharp striking, dethroning previously undefeated Tadeusz Sroka to claim the title.

But Kogan has quickly become a fan favorite. After a rocky 0-2 start, he’s surged with six consecutive wins, showcasing his thunderous right hand that has already earned him three KO of the Night bonuses. This matchup screams fireworks, and few expect it to last beyond the opening round.

Calixte v. Fields: Bantamweight Stakes

Dynamic bantamweight contender Martial Calixte (9-3) faces knockout artist Darius “Fire Ball” Fields (6-2). Known as one of Royal MMA’s most entertaining fighters, Calixte has picked up eight performance bonuses in nine fights but has never broken through to a title shot.

Fields, meanwhile, is hunting for his own chance at gold, with all six of his wins ending in TKOs. With both men boasting granite chins and fight-finishing abilities, fans can expect a battle that could shape the division’s title picture.

Heavyweight Showcase: Porker v. Benitez

In the heavyweight division, veteran Porter “King Pig” Porker (8-7) welcomes former UFF champion Rohan “Cazador” Benitez (5-1) to Royal MMA. Benitez arrives in London with high expectations after dominating the UFF ranks, and a victory here could earn him an immediate title shot.

For Porker, a stalwart of the division since joining as MMA Helsinki’s champion, this is a chance to derail the hype train and launch his own run toward the belt.

English Showdown: Loveless v. Berg

At lightweight, London’s own Billy Loveless (5-2) looks to rebound after suffering the first loss of his Royal MMA career. His opponent, Birmingham’s Antoine Berg (4-2), is seeking redemption of his own after falling short in a title bid during his Helsinki days.

The stakes are personal: Berg has the chance to avenge his previous loss to Loveless’ teammate Rory Curtis, while Loveless needs a win to restore momentum in his march toward a title shot. With national pride on the line, expect the crowd to be deafening.

Royal MMA Goes Global

With the atmosphere of London’s fight fans, the glamour of Banzai Clothing’s sponsorship, and a lineup filled with championship clashes and personal rivalries, RMMA 38 promises to be a landmark event in the promotion’s international expansion. All eyes now turn to Camden: will Aspinall’s unbeaten run continue, or is it time for a new heavyweight king?
