A new bookmakers has entered the MMA arena.  Saturnia, is the first to focus solely on MMA events in the UK.  Named after a Roman festival that was the only time when every man was permitted to gamble, it somehow seems fitting that Saturnia will once again provide ordinary people with a way to bet on their favourite modern day gladiators.  Focused on the casual gambler, Saturnia is attempting to cater for a niche market.

To celebrate their opening, Saturnia has already published odds on two UK events - ICE 13 and Rise 49.  With more plans in the works in the coming weeks it will be interesting to see how this tiny start up grows.  In the meantime we can only wish them luck, and be glad we finally have a bookmakers in London that supports our growing sport, MMA.
