Sucker Punch Pro Series 43
Well here we go again Sucker Punch fans! Do to my slacking off we just got done reviewing SPPS 42 and here we are getting ready for Sucker Punch Pro Series 43 this evening! Once again we’ll be over at the fantastic and somewhat intimate Hard Knocks – Sydney which only holds 3,000 of the most intense fans on the planet and we intend to let Sydney know what’s up with this midweek action we’ve got lined up.
As most of you know by now, I’m Hare Rumpler and I’ll be joined by that sometimes all-knowing (and sometimes NOT!) Donkey “Dan”, our analyst and I think we’ve even got Suzy Sucker Punch on hand this evening as she had a word or two with the Craven camp. No titles on the line this evening but that doesn’t mean the action won’t be just as intense. The boys who are on this card have a lot on the line and I’m sure will bring it as if it was a title fight for each and every one of them. Or at least, that’s always what I hope we’ll see!
This card is “bottom heavy” so to speak with a bunch of action in the middle to light weight classes. We’ll have five Middleweight bouts coming at you this evening as well as a pair of Welterweights, a pair of Lightweights and then, the final big Main Event, a showdown between Featherweights Destin Craven and Jake Drake to see who gets a title shot in their division!
Our card last week was dominated mostly by the mid to lower weight classes so it’s only fitting that tonight you’ll get a heavy…no pun intended…does of the bigger boys! Three Light Heavyweight battles, a pair of Heavyweight fights as well as a smattering of other stuff! The big one this evening is clearly going to be the Welterweight title fight between challenger Ronnie Bass and current champion Juan Christiano. And boy, should that one be a good one Donkey!
