- Spend at least two sessions on week on your physicals (Yoga, Strength, Cardio)
- Never spar 2 things in a row (this does not include if you spar the next day)
- Never train a skill if 2 people are already assigned to it (this is not connected to sparring)
- Make sure you have over 85% energy when training, if you are tired rest him for a few sessions
- Always use vending for all your fighters
- Always use supplements
- We only have one sparring session per week for each discipline so i suggest you use those days for sparring
