ISLAND KOMBAT 3 Review

ISLAND FC, Fight Organization, New York
Company profile by

ISLAND COMBAT 3 live from the  Hard Knocks in The Island, this was the last of our Kombat triology
nothing more then giving you some extra entreteinment....We are by far the most exiting and vibrant organization in the Island , we have a very active rooster with loads of fight cards and most of the Island best fighters , im finding it interesting that some managers are not signing their island fighters with us anymore....as someone once said:" fear has a beautiful aroma...

it arouses me"....i understand that you need to play the championship before moving into the premiership, for that reason i wish you all luck and let me know whenever your fighters are ready for the big guns.....After the event everyone was envited to an after party sponsored by HELLRAISER FIGHTGEAR and LEVIATHAN CLOTHING...now the fights:

Main Event 145lbs TITLE  Alexander Vermeer vs Hop Sing Jung (FIGHT OF THE NIGHT)
This two fighters have meet before ,and after this unexpected result,i guess this was not  the last time this two fighters will face each other.....The south korean came into this one as hot favourite after have beaten Vermeer already and coming into this fight has the undisputed champion....But the Dutch fighter had diferent plans and hes camp confidence before the fight, was redicularized then ,but i dont think it will now...The diferense between this fight and their previous fight was Vermeer ability to avoid every single takedown, he did a wonderfull job standing on hes feet ,where he defenitly holds the advantage againts the champion....he took the fight into the clinch and worked hes dirty boxing with powerfull shots...the champion was exposed for the first time here, he looked shell shocked at the end of the figh, its the first time in hes competitive carreer that he fails to score a takedown....This was a long time goal for Vermeer and after this win he became the promotion P4P king aswell.....surprise 1st round TKO win for Vermeer

Co-Main Event 185 lbs Gleb Zheglov vs Jonny Bones Junior I guess this fight was going to be a very unfair decision win for Bones, but as someone might say "GOD doesnt sleep",and Gleb made himself the judge and finished the fight as soon as round 3 started....I mean Bones got cut , got rocked and was being out striked in the clinch , and still the judges gave him the first two, but as soo as the third started Gleb landed a brutal upercut that send hes oponent flying across the cage....it was "good night Irene"...brutal 3rd round KO win for Gleb Zheglov

135 lbs Ken Garrison vs Charlie Gamma (SUBMISSION OF THE NIGHT)
Both fighters are exelent graplers and that was what we saw here...TWGC contest where the man with the better BJJ won, and that man was Ken ....he was actualy being dominated ,at least in my eyes, but hes submission game came to tone and he briliantly executade a textbook kimura...exelente 1st round Submission win for Ken Garrison

170 lbs Hyman Krustofski vs Gabriel Munoz
In this fight we had a hot candidate for fight of the night ,this was a battle in the clinch Hyman used realy well hes power to control the clinch, but was hes kicks that made the diference in this fight specialy the leg kicks, absolutly brutal, he completly anialate hes oponents ability to move and he was picking him apart....the longer the fight was going the more damage he was taking , but hes granite chin help him make it till the finish, if anything a brave performance but unfortunatly Gabriel was outclassed...Good decision win for  Hyman Krustofski      205 lbs Artur Syrowatka vs Aghavni Anahit
Well i get realy angry when i came across this kind of decisions, in my day the man who causes the most damage ,obviously wins the fight....but nowdays it doesnt happend like that...I guess Aghavni had to stab him or something...to win this fight ...not descrediting Artur , i think he did a good job, but we all know he didnt won that fight....desgracefull Decision win for Artur Syrowatka      170 lbs Tony Diaz vs John Doe
Great come back win for Diaz he showd amazing heart and a solid chin.....he was picked apart for 10 minutes but came back strong in the third and rocked John with an upercut right on the button,he saw hes oponents legs buckle and went for the kill pilling the pressure and making the ref end up the fight...in a post fight interview he looked a bit of a nutter and kept demanding a title shot ....hold your horses soon get on the line, you dont get title shots with 3 wins anymore ;)..."we a bit bigger then that" said an Island FC spokesman

185
lbs Marcus Harper vs Winston Hill I think Harper won the fight when he cut Hill, Hill lost hes focus and the blood coming into hes eye made hes life dificult, he kept on fighting bravely and they finish the first round very close.....the second round started and all the sudden that looping left hook tag the chin of Hill he went down but harper showed good finishing intincts and put the fight to bed....good 2nd round TKO win for Marcus Harper

135 lbs Winston Roscoe vs Wyatt Twinkletoe
I like Twicletoe , hes showing resiliency and slowly but surely hes making improvements in hes game....but Wyatt has brutal power on thiose hands , we we were all wondering how long it was going to take, with Wyatt playing with fire and chosing to stand and trade with Wiston....everyone in the arena went silence when that big right hand conected....brutal 1st round KO win for Winston Roscoe

265+ lbs Iconic Fuhkup vs Than Asos
this fight was quick, Iconic sliped a combination and delivered an amazing head kick and finished the fight in 12 seconds ....easy work and i have a feeling we going to hear a lot from this fighter in the future....quick 1st round KO win for Iconic Fuhkup

205 lbs Patrick Lam vs Bob Green
Lam showed tremendous acuracy with hes striking on this fight and that won him the fight....Bob was being taged far too many times and looked shell shooked....this was a briliant display of skill and acuracy from Lam and this ex amateur boxing champion managed to get hes first professional mma win....he kept taging hes oponent doing a lot of damage until eventualy he droped him with a violente upercut from the clinch....good 2nd roun win for Patrick Lam

"THIS IS THE UNIT".....We proudly bring to you the best The Island have to offer....
