 According to a highly placed source within INTERPOL an investigation has been opened to look into the Rio Chain Gang fight org. Speaking on the condition of anomynity he said "we are concerned about the gathering of so many known ex-felons. We want to be sure a new organized crime family isn't forming."
When ask how he became aware of the Chain Gang, he said "I was tracking Chevie "Ragdoll" Case who is a suspected lieutenant in the Alegheny crime family based on the island. I tracked him from the island to Helsinki, and finally to Rio. When he sign with the Rio Chain Gang, I took a look at the other "members" of the org. We found on the roster drug dealers, arms dealers, kidnappers, arsonists, jewelry thieves, smugglers, human traffickers, hackers, and the list goes on. It is believed the org was set up in Rio because of the lack of extradiction treaties."
This reporter tried to raise the red flag when this fight org was just forming. Due to lack of action by our city officials and the community at large it is too late to stop the Chain Gang now. All we can hope to do now is to find a way to control the havoc that is sure to come to Rio now.
