MAIN CARDS

USFC 56

Lightweight bout

Bryan Mills (9-3-0) vs Vrej "No Hadouken" Nazaryan (10-3-0)   Two young, skilled fighters will face head on as Bryan Mills, a very well rounded fighter (3 TKOs, 4 subs, 2 decisions) takes on a very tactical fighter Nazaryan (3 TKOs, 7 decisions). Nazaryan looks to grab his 2nd USFC win as he makes a run to the title (5th among USFC lightweights and Mills a few steps below him (7th). A win will move them a step or two closer to the title shot.

Heavyweight bout

Butch Hoffman (3-0-0) vs Scott Parker (8-2-0)

Undefeated Hoffman will face his hardest opponent in Scott Parker, former Immortals Super Heavyweight champ who failed to grab the USFC title from the heavyweight champ Slade Traylor in USFC 47. Hoffman's 3-0-0 record is at stake and his only arsenal against Parker is his superior wrestling. Parker has the striking up his sleeve and can defend well with his BJJ brown belt.

Heavyweight bout

Lou Mazza (11-3-0) vs Soa Palelei (7-2-0)   Lou Mazza is clearly the underdog in this one due to his inferior skills and his terrible state basing on his morale. He seems distracted and this may lead to a loss. If nothing goes wrong, Palelei got this easily without consuming much of his energy as he makes a run for a title shot (he sits at top 4 in USFC heavyweights)   Welterweight bout   Charles Bolton (8-1-0) vs Arto "Stoneface" Blomsten (10-1-0)   Two excellent fighters with outstanding records go face to face as KO artist Charles Bolton will try to knock out submission artist Arto Blomsten. Will Charles' Bolton KO power be enough to put Blomsten down, who has never been knocked out, or will Blomsten pull off another submission knowing that he has a higher skill level in the ground compared to Blomsten?   USFC 57   Heavyweight bout   Alistair "Demon" Spong (3-2-0) vs Ivan "The Siberian Express" Drago (7-4-0)   For USFC 57, we got a main card full of giants. First off we got two good strikers Spong and Drago. Power is there but Spong's got the MT advantage and Drago's got the boxing advantage. This will surely be a finish so keep an eye on these two giants.   Heavyweight bout   Fred "The Fredinator" Frederiksen (6-11-0) vs Brick Mansion (5-1-0)   An easy win for Brick Mansion. Frederiksen who doesn't have the best record also has low morale and seems to overwork himself a bit. I bet Mansion's wrestling is enough to take a guy in this state.    Heavyweight bout   "Bang Bang" Cactus Jack (9-2-0) vs Saul "The Frackin Cylon" Tigh (7-0-0)   Two young up and coming 21 year old giants go head on in this one. Jack is the more versatile fighter but Saul is the better wrestler. Tigh's tremendous power led him to a clean 7-0-0 record and he risks it to Jack, who's been only KO'd once in his 11 matches. Expect a brawl in this one.    Heavyweight bout   Diamond Dollar (6-2-0) vs Gerard De Villefort (5-3-0)   Dollar has a slight disadvantage in the ground but you can't discredit his 6/6 submission wins. The favored Villefort has the higher chances with better wrestling and BJJ. It all boils down to how they play each other. I'm certain a submission will be the way of victory.

MAIN EVENTS

USFC 56

Lightweight Title Match

Espo "Ninja" Jaksinen (8-1-0) vs Laverne Mazzola (7-0-0)

   VS

For USFC 56's main event, we have a Lightweight title match featuring undefeated champion Laverne Mazzola going up against the challenger Espo Jaksinen. Jaksinen has an excellent 8-1 record, now building on a 6 fight win streak while Mazzola has a clean 7-0-0 record and he looks to defend his title for the first time. Mazzola acquired the title in just his 2nd fight in the USFC and now he sits at rank 140 among lightweights worldwide. Jaksinen is just a few ranks below, ranked 158th.

Both fighters are capable of a ground game but both can also be good strikers. Jaksinen is more of a striker with some defensive grappling while the champion mazzola is capable of varying his style. With the right decisions, Mazzole might once again pull off another win pushing him to an 8-0 mark but Jaksinen cannot be counted out, he won't be 8-1 for no reason. I'd call this decision for Mazzola.    USFC 57

Heavyweight Title Match

Vaclav "Wenceslaus" Mika (12-0-0) vs Slade "Skank Hunter" Traylor (7-1-0)

   VS

After a series of heavyweight brawls in USFC 57, the main event features the title that all the said heavyweights aspire, the heavyweight championship. The champion Taylor's skills will once again be tested as he faces another great fighter, brawler rather, Vaclav Mika.

Vaclav's tremendous KO power has brought him to an outstanding 12-0-0 record with 10 TKOs up his sleeve. Slade Traylor on the other hand also has a good 7-1 record with 7 TKO wins and he's at his 2nd title defense as he faces Mika. Skillwise, Traylor is the favorite as he has received more training but who knows what will happen?

Will the champ pull off another win off another good fighter? Will talent be enough to beat skill? Will the challenger beat the champ? Or will the champ remain atop the heavyweight throne. Heavyweight vs Heavyweight, winner vs winner, number 1 contender vs champion. You wouldn't want to miss that one.

 Additional Info:

As announced by the management, there will be big bonuses for highest fight ratings in the undercard and in the main events! This will surely motivate our fighters even more. See you there!
