Author:Joe Lang

Hello everyone!! What a debut we had here at PRIDE with all these strikers stepping into the cage to whoop everyone!!!

Well this weekend, 20 more fighters will make their professional debut the cage and do battle to make a name for themselves. But first, a word from our sponsors...

For all your clothing needs on The Island, get your ass down to North Atlantic. For the best MMA gear on The Island, get some North Atlantic shorts and kick some ass!!

Last week, 20 fighters made their debut. This week i am tasked with predicting another 20 young hungry fighters who will step into the cage for the first time. Who will make themselves known? Who will fade into oblivion? Let's find out...

Bo Dallas v Scott Levin

All eyes are on Bo Dallas who has made himself known to his fans. I myself am very interested in Dallas as i like the way he presents himself. 2 Muay Thai specialists stepping into the cage.

Sully's Prediction: Dallas to make an impressive de-bo with an unbolievable 1st round KO.

Max Matthiessen v Mikael Saputo

"Mad Max" up against the Milk Man. Matthiessen looks to be the better stand up fighter, however Mikael and his milk might give him the edge. Milk is excellent for your bones.

Sully's Prediction: Saputo to tire out Matthiessen in the clinch, then using his strong shin bones to knock him out in the second round.

Ludger Kresnik v Rorion Villanova

Two boxers making their debut. The American Kresnik is the bigger man, but Villanova seems to have the better cardio. Will that prove to be a factor in this fight?

Sully's Prediction: Villanova to weather the storm and take out a tired Kresnik in the latter stages of the first round.

Jake Gilas v Irshaad Sayed

Two 18 year old Welterweights making their debut. Both have shown to be Muay Thai specialists. Rumour has it that the White Tiger has been having a bit of trouble with his weight. Will that be a factor? Gilas looks very fit and healthy and more determined.

Sully's Prediction: Gilas looks focused while Sayed seems a bit unfocused with his cardio. I see Gilas blitzing Sayed with the first round KO.

James Esteban v Mike Green

Esteban fired the first shot in this fight by claiming to make Mike's eyes green. I'm not quite sure what that means, but Green quickly fired back by slapping him with $100 bills.

Whatever happens, this fight WILL have fireworks. Green predicted a Left High Kick win. Will that happen?

Sully's Prediction: This could go either way, but i think Green will take a CLOSE decision. Not sure if the mohawk will suit him though.

-BREAK!-

Training on The Island is very hard work. All the blood, sweat and tears in the gym to prove yourself inside the cage. You win some, you lose some. God knows I've experienced some awesome victories and some shocking defeats. But after a hard fight, i like to make my way down to Sully's Bar and Grill and crack open an ice cold Sully's Home Brew Ale. The cold refreshing taste will wash away your pain and get you ready to do it all again tomorrow.

Ahhh, Sully's! It's refreshing! Official drink of  PRIDE KT

But always remember to drink responsibly!!

-END BREAK-

Akseli Suokas v Brady Battaglia

The smaller guys step into the cage as Suokas takes on The Italian Stallion. Muay Thai specialist Suokas is the bigger man stepping into the cage against the smaller Italian boxer Brady. Will Suokas be able to overpower and bully Battaglia or will the smaller man be able to wear him down?

Sully's Prediction: A tough one, but i think the Italian Stallion will weather the storm and tire the bigger man out. Battaglia by comfortable decision.

Svend Haraldsson v Bernard Earnhardt

From the smaller guys we go to the big men. Both men are trained in the art of Muay Thai. Once again, this fight can go either way. What is more exciting than to watch two big monsters slug it out? Will we get a quick KO or will it be a sluggish affair? Don't blink!

Sully's Prediction: This can go either way, but my money is on Haraldsson to use his reach to his advantage and score the first round KO.

James Coulthart v Calvin King

A fight that interests me as i am a training partner with King prior to him coming to The Island. He faces tough competitor in The Count. Boxing vs Muay Thai. Two hungry 18 year olds making a name for themselves.

Sully's Prediction: I gotta go with my boy King to wear down Coulthart and take the victory by late second round TKO. It won't be easy though...

Bo Dallas v Jerome Sinclair

What the heck? Will the real Bo Dallas please stand up? Anyways, unlike his other namesake, this Bo Dallas has been very quiet leading up to his fight. The other Bo Dallas has actually claimed him to be an imposter. Makes for an interesting Lightweight division...

Sully's Prediction: I can't bo-lieve i'm saying this, but i think Bo Dallas will take the decision, setting up a battle of the Bo's!

Oddr Sigsteinn v Riski Hester

Another 2 young hungry 18 year olds close up the night as Muay Thai fighters Sigsteinn takes on Hester. Rumour has it that Hester has taken a liking to General Tso's chicken and is having a bit of trouble making the weight. Will this have an impact on the fight? Sigsteinn looks extremely healthy and focused on the task at hand.

Sully's Prediction: Sigsteinn to take Hester to school and score an easy first round TKO.

And there you have it!! 20 mire fighters making their debut on The Island! I am very excited to see who will rise to the top and who will fold! Will these guys make me look like a genius or will i look foolish and get 10 fights wrong?

Well tickets are still available so get your ass down to Micro Arena and see some excellent fights!! Or if you can't make it to Micro Arena, come down to Sully's Bar and Grill and watch it on one of our HD screens.

Until next time, this has been another edition of Sully's Fight Predictions!
