Happy New Year from Heavyweight Prize fighting who is back at you with yet another amazing event to pop off 2014 with extreme violence. Alot of men wish they were the wooden stool that this fine bloke is found sitting on in our event poster and likewise, many men grew a wood when they saw our poster. Many people have new years resolutions but most fighters who planned to go undefeated might not get that luxury after saturday night.

Tootsie Roll has spent some good time in his career as a KT fighter as I once mentioned before, but has since turned to HWP to expand his horizons to MMA. At 2-2 I feel this record is somewhat impressive speaking that he is just a white belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and was submitted in MMA only once since coming over. Tootsie also has the confidence of a king as he shows up with a 100lb weight defeciet and has already made statements that he would look for a knockout. “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what youre gonna get” is this guy's motto, but I think the same can be said for an MMA fight, especially in Tycoon. Looking at a 275lb Big man squaring off with a smaller elite Muay Thai fighter is certainly worth the excitement. Gump lost his best friend bubba and joined HWP and has since spent half of his career which is awesome, I want all of our managers to take recognition of this amazing feat.

Kevin Killjoy and The Biohazard Kent Hytten have just as much respect for each other as they have hate. During our weigh in both fighter's entourage's got into a heated brawl as one of the biggest men in the world “Sun Mingming” called his fight team's opponent (Kent) a little man. Ironically Kent is a few MMA weightclasses bigger than Kevin Killjoy and this spurred the scrapfest. Killjoy has a tall order to back up the words started by his club as his Tale of the tape shows him to be nearly a foot shorter than Hytten. Killjoy's unanimous decision victory over Frank Smith and Hytten's 3 fight losing streak isnt enough to convince me to sway to either side though. While both fighters have made it this far in their careers by handling themselves well in their standup game, I expect this bout to come down to whoever can hit the hardest and likewise survive the biggest strikes to be the winner here. No chance for a submission stoppage and I think a decision finish Is also quite unlikely.

The Great white will take on Asshole Gracie for the third time in what baseball fans would call the rubber match of a 3 game series. With both fighters winning a fight each convincingly against each other it is extremely hard to predict what will become of these two fighters in the cage saturday night. Both weighing in as a natural heavyweight bout, this one will be one of the most evenly matched fights of the night. Both fighters are leery of each other's right hand since they both know they have the striking power to earn a good paycheck. At 27-8 the Great White Ygor Savage has emassed an impressive MMA career with knockouts and decision victories and at 35 he has just the right time to make a push towards the top rankings of the world. Asshole Gracie will fight his 72nd fight of his career and all of that action has to have some type of effect on him, this fight of the night candidate will be tons of fun.

Ira Stein began his career in Heavyweight Prize fighting at a slow crawl pace, he struggled as he dropped his first 3 fights to Six Shooter and Parfait Hilton. Just when we were about to pronounce Ira's career as dead, he hit a revival streak and came away with 5 wins in 7 matches and is surging toward a 500 record. Saturday the man who stands in his path is no pushover, Hulk Hogan wants to put a stop to Ira, but for Ira Stein I believe this fight means a lot more to him. Going up against a fighter with a lot of hype is always a big deal because it is a way to prove to the world that you have the skills to take down one of their favorites and for your Organization matchmakers and Owner, it proves you are worth bigger fights. When I caught up with Ira about his gameplan and what he would like to do in the cage but he could not stay focused while fondling waffles. I hope he is more focused Saturday night, because when its on, he puts opponent's lights out... literally. Of his 18 wins NONE of them came by any other way than a knockout. This man is cold blooded when he is on and he is going to be looking for the blood of Hogan. This is our main event and it is rightly deserved.

Welcome to 2014 fight fans, I hope you all have a good time watching this great fight card that Heavyweight Prize Fighting has put together for us and to ALL ENJOY!
