Fraz replies "Crain's gonna need help to see me. by the time he realizes he's bleedin' he's gonna be on the ground getting pounded. I'm a freight train of elbows coming home to Georgia and I ain't stopping for snacks you know what I mean"? Interviewer asks "so you have been training in ground and pound for this fight"? Fraz says "no, I don't need to train in ground and pound at all to beat Tony Crain. I'm gonna pound Tony Crain. I'm gonna cut him and then I'm gonna smash him, in that order. He should have his brain checked if he thinks he can step into the cage at this level, but to think he can take me, he must have brain damage. If he doesn't have brain damage I'm gonna give him brain damage"
