This man was none other than Ken Jiro.  With a season ending record of 13-1, having won his championship from the man that defeated him earlier in his career to avenge his only loss, Ken Jiro dominated the competition and earned the honors of #1 island fighter.
Now on the mainlands, training out of Montreal, Jiro has joined Madness MMA and FB&E in to two org deal to continue his career.  He's stood toe to toe with the best throughout his MMA career and will be looking to establish himself as a premier fighter in this new competition.

Tips to become a better gamer

Editorial by Mike Tycoon

Video games are no fun if we are constantly losing while our friends are winning. We also want to be a winner by becoming a better gamer. We also want to get the satisfaction of victory when we play at NJ-licensed-casinos and brag about our gaming skills.

That’s why we have listed some very handy tips below so that you can be a better gamer.

1- Devote your time and have patience
Time is an essential component of becoming good at anything. Therefore, if you expect a great improvement in your gaming skills overnight, then you will only get disappointed. Give some time to improve your skills, have some patience and then you will achieve your desired results.
Try to focus on your role in the game and avoid unnecessary distractions. If you are doing several things at once, then you are less likely to become adept at your game.

2- Play more games
It may seem a little obvious, but you will become more skilled if you play more games. Some games are very complex and difficult, and you need to develop a sound strategy to excel at them while others require sharp thinking and good execution. Experience many different games and you can hope to improve your gaming skills.

3- Take a break
It is better if you devote a lot of time to your games, but sometimes the opposite can also be very effective. Taking a break from your game may help you see different aspects and approach the game with new strategies. It is less likely that you will develop new ideas if you continue playing obsessively giving no time for any other activity.

4- Do some research?
The internet is a great place for all your gaming research. You can search for videos on YouTube that offer tips and tactics about the game. You can discuss with other gamers on different forums and get ideas from them. You will also find lots of websites where they offer great tips and tricks about games. These guides would greatly help you if you are stuck at a particular level.

5- Take good care of your body and health
A good healthy body is also essential for becoming a better gamer. It is unlikely that your mind will be functioning at its best if your body is not well. Therefore, eat healthy food, do regular exercise and get a good night’s sleep to remain healthy. Otherwise, you will not be able to concentrate well, develop a good strategy or make quick decisions.

HFC 8 - Tanner vs Richardson

Event Preview: HFC 8 - Tanner vs Richardson
HARDCORE
2020-03-07, Montreal, Hayashi's Lounge - Montreal
Author:Outlaw Bleak

Hello Hardcore Fighting Championship fans my name in Tony Soprano and I'm coming to you with a preview for the main card of HFC 8: Tanner vs Richardson being headlined by a 185 pound Championship fight between defending Champion Rob Tanner (7-1) and challenger Moe Richardson (8-2)! HFC 8 is being brought to you live from Hayashi's Lounge in chilly Montreal! Let's get right into the preview!

Main Card:

265 pound division:

Fred Freds (2-2) vs Vladmir "Cinderblock" Golovkin (4-3)

This matchup kicks off the main card in an exciting fashion! Freds is making his HFC debut and hasn't started off his career like he would have hoped. He is currently on a 2 fight losing streak on the QFC scene including a first round T/KO in his last fight. He is a muai thai/wrestler and holds a white belt in BJJ. He will need to execute his gameplan in order to win his debut fight. Golovkin is coming over from SMASH and was 2-2. He has won 2 of his last 3 fights including a KO win in his last fight so it's fair to say he's been on a roll as of late. He is a boxer/wrestler and holds a white belt in BJJ. This fight doesn't seem like it'll spend much time on the mat and both fighters will be looking for a quick T/KO to start off the main card with a bang!

205 pound division:

Kuuri "Ku-San" Sando (3-3) vs Habib "CHiken" Putins (5-4)

UnderGround FC 100 Review!

Event Review: UnderGround FC 100

Author:Tony Soprano

Hello UnderGround Fight Club fans this is Tony Soprano bringing you the review of UnderGround FC 100 headlined by fight in the 265+ pound division between Iron Jussi (7-1) and Ricco "The Eagle" McGregor (4-3). Let's get this review started!

Prelims:

Odin Ironheid (1-1) def Danny "DC" Cormier (6-7) via KO (Punch)

Well things just keep getting worse for Cormier as Ironheid only needed 14 seconds to end this fight. Cormier was able to land a double leg takedown which was meaningless as Ironheid escaped and immediately landed a big uppercut that send Cormier crumbling to the mat. He was able to convince the referee not to stop the fight even with a nasty cut but he probably should have let it end as he was hit again with a left hook to the temple after he was fooled with a fake body shot and was out cold before he hit the mat! Ironheid wins his debut fight in UnderGround FC and gets his first win under new management while Cormier continues to struggle with his 4th straight loss all by first round T/KO.

205 pound division:
Hugo Boss (3-3) def John Malone (5-4) via submission (kimura)

This fight started one way and ended a completely different way! Malone came out swinging and was able to land a big right hand that sent Boss crashing to the floor however Malone did not follow Boss to the ground and allowed him to get up which might have been the biggest mistake of the fight. Boss took this new lease on life and landed a takedown and advanced position until he felt comfortable and attempted 7 submissions that were all defended well by Malone. Malone wasn't able to last as Boss locked in the Kimura in his last submission attempt and forced Malone to tap out! What a fight! Wow! Boss snaps a 3 fight losing streak with this win while Malone has now lost his last 2 fights.

265 pound division:
Spinning "Double Elixer" Fire (7-2) def Sauli Kekkonen (3-4) via T/KO (strikes)

The first fight of the night that went longer than the first round was a battle for as long as it lasted. The first round was back and forth shots from both men before Fire was able to land a takedown. He didn't do much with it so the referee decided to stand the fight up. Fire went back to the ground with another takedown and that's where the fight remained until the end of the round with most cards having Kekkonen winning the round. The second round was much of the same except Fire dominated the round with a takedown and controlling most of the action. Both fighters have won a round as far as they are concerned so the third round and the fight is still up for grabs! The third round was most of the same action as Fire landed another takedown but this time amped up his game
