ROUND 4 RESULTS Asian Bastard defeated tournament hero Terry Farley this round and took his place upon the top of the Swizz League table. Fuelled by the constant racial slurs directed at him by his manger, Asian Guy seemingly walked through all offence offered by Farley and simply dragged his opponent to the mat and sunk in a guillotine submission. For his efforts he also managed to claim the vacant hot potato title prize for himself and move on up the top of the list for most submission finishes with a perfect four out of four. Seth Christian also put on a good performance in his bout as he defeated Italian all rounder Gaetano Villacci with a round one submission. That makes it three out of four for the Tampa native as he tries to keep pace with Asian Guy. He’ll have a chance to stop that run in the next round as they face off against each other. Villacci drops down to 7th place with a 2-2 record. Freaky Fernando was back to winning ways after his loss to Asian Bastard in the last round and he also picks up a first round submission this time against English ruffian Chadwick Raffelburg. Fernando moves to 3-1 in record and up to 4th spot in the rankings. Raffelburg drops to 10th in the league with a record of 2-2. Jasur Ordilovokov and Ishaan Thornton went the distance in their round four match up with Jasur getting the decision from the judges in the end. A 3-1 record for Ordolovokov is enough to put him in 5th place in the table whereas Thornton drops down into the bottom side of the table at 11th. After a promising start from Minor Cuevas, he now finds himself on a two fight losing streak after picking up his second loss against catch wrestler Oscar Bukele. Bukele moves to 3-1 and is currently in sixth place much to the delight of his bitcoin backers. Cuevas is still in the top half of the table in eighth position but he is going to need to regain his form if he wants to keep pace with the higher rollers. The first victory of the tournament for Ben Barnes as he faced fellow straggler Juan Pablo Estrella. With a bottom place position awaiting the loser there was a lot on the line in this match up and though both fighters gave it their all, it was Barnes who impressed the judges most to win a unanimous decision victory. Barnes now resides in 18th place while Estrella is in last and still looking for his first victory. A quick victory for Big Boss over former favourite Frankmaster Phlex and very close to matching the fastest submission of the tournament which currently stands at nineteen seconds. Boss is still trying to find a consistent form and so far has alternated losses with wins for a record of 2-2. He now moves up into 9th place. Phlex has really struggled so far in a tournament full of grapplers and instead of competing for the top spot seems to have gotten into a scrap to avoid a bottom place finish instead. There is still time enough to force a change but it will have to come quickly if he is to salvage his tournament. Tyler Durden was in no mood for a hug when he faced Sancho Bandito though he struggled to bat him away enough for anything more than a decision victory. But still, a win is a win and Durden sorely needed it after losing his last two. Hopefully this win will boost his confidence and help him move above 13th place where he current resides. Sancho drops to 1-3 and down into 16th place. When all he ever really wanted to do was show his love for everyone, we think he’s still winning. The jazziest cat in the tournament, “Smooth” Booby Soul is really starting to find his rhythm and has been dishing out some sweet ass licks to his last couple of opponents. Now on a two fight win streak and with a record of 2-2, Soul is climbing up the ranks and is close to breaking into the top half of the table. His battered opponent this round, Jedrek Piotrowicz has now fallen in his last three and is plummeting down towards last place. Is there anything he can do to turn his fortune around? Middling Luis Caixinha picked up his second submission victory of the tournament after defeating Jainden Montgomery but will need to start racking up the wins if he is to live up to expectations. For Jaiden Montgomery, the pressure is off as there was very little expectation in the first place though we doubt he would be happy to simply roll over and take the L’s.
