      In the case of MMA Tycoon, one way could be to make it much more difficult for a fighter to achieve a level of excellence in the game's 4 fighting disciplines. As if the "ceiling" that a fighter could reach was, for example, 15-14-14-14 (Box-MT-Wre-Bjj) From then on, to increase skill in one, it would necessarily decrease in the others, making it difficult to be an "expert" in more than one of the disciplines.
