      Hello RSE Managers & anyone interested in the Org. I have agreed to take over as Org Manager at RSE as Don Frye no longer had the time available, a big thanks to Don for all his hard work keeping things running smoothly, and a big thank you to Jeffrey before him who founded the org and who provided a home for many fighters. If anyone would like to be more involved in RSE please let me know, there are opportunities for a poster creator & fight writer if anyone fancies trying their hand as those aspects. First on my agenda was seeing how each division looks & first task was to retain talent, so I have sent out a bunch of contract renewals for fighters who only had 1 fight left, I will be changing the contract structure some but that will filter in over time. I have also gone back over the historical events that had not yet awarded any "of the night" bonuses & handed those out. Both prior org managers had issues with managers declining fights & not giving any reasons for doing so, moving forward I will not be accepting that behaviour, if you cannot give a good reason for declining a fight that fighter will be put on a list, 3 declined fights with no reason & that fighter will have their contract terminated and I will not be getting into a protracted debate about it, if you can't be bothered to inform me I can't be bothered to organise fights for you, simple as that. I look forward to working with all of the good managers who have fighters in RSE though, if you have concerns or complaints and can keep them brief & to the point I will look at what changes are reasonable to make.
