I hope you will join me in thanking Don Frye for his time & efforts in running things & all wish him well in his future endeavours.
I shall be attempting to run the org in a similarly fair & balanced way, but I will not be a doormat Org owner and there will be changes to better manage some of the less-desirable behaviours that beset most orgs, I have prior experience of these & have steps in mind to deal with them.
I look forward to working with all the managers who have fighters contracted here at RSE & helping the org and its talent prosper.
