Biggs tries to close the distance and clinch up but Diaoune swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Diaoune is pawing at Biggs, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Biggs's nose. Biggs is badly hurt! Diaoune pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Biggs tries desperately to hold on but Diaoune is relentless in his assault! As Biggs receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Diaoune away and this one is in the books!

Stepping on the scales for a second time, he still failed to make the required weight and after much deliberation, his fight with Alissandro Montanari was cancelled.
