Legend Jr felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Boonga fails with an attempt to clinch.
Boonga tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Boonga changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ware tries to avoid it but Boonga manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ware to the ground. Ware escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ware bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Boonga's head.

Ware feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Boonga sprawling to the canvas! Boonga rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ware finish him?!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
