Hartmann Jr drives through and clinches with Hull against the cage.
Hull's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Hull is rocked!
Hartmann Jr has a couple of punches blocked by Hull.
Oh Hull is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hartmann Jr throws a big uppercut that drops Hull! More strikes from Hartmann Jr and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Hull lies dazed against the cage as Hartmann Jr celebrates with his cornermen!

Hartmann misses with an uppercut.
Sykes tries to land a front kick but Hartmann steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Sykes shoots for a double leg takedown but Hartmann sprawls well. He's pushed Sykes's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
It seemed like Hartmann was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Hartmann is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sykes.
Hartmann connects with a crisp jab. #CUT2#
It looks like Dewayne Sykes has been cut.
Sykes gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Hartmann walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Sykes drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Hartmann swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Sykes's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mark Hartmann!

It looks like Lee Wells has been cut.
Hartmann throws an overhand right that drops Wells like a sack of potatoes! Hartmann dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Todd takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.#TD2#
Hartmann closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hartmann lands in his opponent's guard.

Todd had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hartmann defends it easily.
Todd wants to sweep but no luck.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB#
Todd is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hartmann is aware though and is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hartmann is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Todd has his foot on Hartmann's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hartmann works his way back into a safe position though.

Hartmann really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Todd. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hartmann is looking to work some ground and pound but Todd has wrist control.

I think Hartmann has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
