Conor lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Marveux will be OK.

Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.

Barnard lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Jalkalukko up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Barnard from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Jalkalukko's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Conor feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.#ES2#
LobaLoba has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Conor has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
LobaLoba tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Conor just stands there and leans against the cage.
Conor has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. LobaLoba is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, LobaLoba creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
