We have a sauna and will shortly have a nutrition partner. I do not intend to keep the gym as it is, over the coming weeks, coaches will be added and fees will have to rise to reflect the costs of this. Red Tri-Angle will aim to cater for below 'Elite' level fighters. Unless your fighter is 'Elite', he doesnt need to train with 'Elite' coaches to get the best results from training. Coaches will still be of good quality, ranging from 'Remarkable' to 'Sensational'. Hopefully, this will make it more affordable to fighters who do not yet need 'Elite' coaching and I intend to add several coaches to try to cover all aspects of training. If there is demand for 'Elite' coaches, I will add them if requsted. I am going to try something new at Red Tri-Angle, details of which will follow as I work out the details. If possible, I hope to enable fighters to have their own tailored training/fight camps with their own coaches. I am working out viability and costs at the moment so check back for details. Until then, train your physicals here. I will keep the gym as clean as can be, and also keep the equipment up to scratch. We are now an Elite public gym with space for 40 fighters. We have 12 Elite coaches, with almost every coach training 1 specific secondary skill 6 days a week (due to only being allowed 12 coaches, one of our M/T coaches trains knees and elbows on alternate days and our conditioning coach trains agility, speed and balance on alternate days also). We have a sauna and also a vending machine and the promise of a pristine gym with brand new equipment at all times. Sometime in the near future, finances permitting, we are hoping to acquire a private jet for gym members to use to travel to and from fights.
