zjsechler
Come fight!!!! Accepting fighters in all classes. Good pay. Sign a one fight contract or a five, or anything else. http://www.mmatycoon.com/orgpublic.php?oid=5365 1
JakeF
Could u stop spamming with multiple threads about your org? Better learn the game first and then open an org cause it is the hardest company to run. Without having a clue about game mechanics, your org is destined to fail. JDV916
Placing 4 fighters that are all managed by yourself fighting in your orgs first title fights on your first event is probably not the best first impression niether.
imcool
Lmao dude get ta fuck outta here w/ this shit. We have enough orgs where owners/managers set up title fights for their own guys(cough PFF - Grumpy Bastard cough). I'd quit the game now, just sayin'. The guy is new and doesnt know what he's doing. Instead of throwing all of that at him and telling him to quit, we could maybe help him out or teach him some things. I already talked to him and he seems like a good guy.

Gotta learn the hard way lmao. Better him realize now that this game has quite a few chode bags on these forums so he doesn't get his feelings hurt in the future =D. I would prefer for him to succeed tbh, not enough orgs these days(quality ones anyways).

It's in the name lol Lol to be fair, it's kind of an obvious thing not to put your own fighters into your own org. It's one thing to fill a last minute fight, another thing to have them actually compete lol. Since you already made a new friend, tell him to do an ID org, 320k maybe? His only chance of succeeding. Although those HUGE contracts should draw some top contenders =D

Hey Zsechler if you have any questions on how to run an org ask questions (get a mentor). Being an org owner is a giant responsibility and getting it off the ground takes a boat load of time and effort. Since your working with a bunch of other people reputation means more than anything. Practices like placing your own fighters in title fights right off the bat makes me (or anyone for that matter) think that your biased towards your own fighters when booking. Also heads up i can get my guy in a qfc fight and get 400$ within 3 days. 50$ per fight? I started off with 1k/1k/1k deals, and if you can't afford doing that then you might want to reconsider your plan, seek outside assistance, or start doing gfx or write previews/reviews for another org. Also highly recommend 325k id restricted 320k is pretty locked down atm

Id rather him understand early on in his career that when you act like a douche, you will be treated as such as well. Some people clearly have been spoiled, and now think it's ok to do whatever they want. 1

Good luck. 323688 fuckin' giant fighters! if it was at 130-170 pounds range I could jump in. while we're at it IMO giant guys should have different physicals and skill caps (by "different" I mean lower). RegularJohn
Not sure what you mean. I'll be fighting someone the same weight. just whining about the over population of giant fighters in the game and expressing my dislike of giant fighters. nothing on you. thedry16
Good luck with the org. It is really tough if you don't have a bunch of money to start. Just need to get over that initial hump and start making a profit. Try to find active managers and make fair fights and build up slowly.

This is 100% true, read as much as you can about how the gane works and ask questions. Goodluck
Monsieur.Camara
Oh man, you should stop signing fighters and make this already a 325K org. You just signed Marty Robbins and as much as I like him the 320's cannot beat him. He will clean house like his Pa says and have fun doing it You gotta listen mang. The fun part will be taking a look at which managers come to just demolish noobs. The bad thing is you gonna piss off like 95% of your population. You gotta help yourself before you expect others to help you brotha.
