What he means is that for the richest players, they have nothing to really spend the money on in the game, so by turning the FA market into an Auction House of sorts instead, they will be able to spend their money in order to get the best FA's on the market instead of the current system. And if you wanna play the "new player" card, they will still be back of the queue since they won't have much money to be bidding with. But once ppl start sinking a lot of money into free agents then they begin to become a little less likely to bid. So the FA's fall further down the board. Then win those really good free agents hit the board and run up million dollar price tags. That's when the money really starts to flow out of the game. In the end it's all about giving money a purpose inside the game and fixing the in game economy. Edit: Pbr I do see your point a little bit. You can always rise up the ranks. But honestly just having a lottery would be the fairest way. You pick a number between 1 and 1000. YOu basically want to give the rich managers another advantage. I'm not poor and I'm against this idea, that should tell you something already. That it's based on rank is actually nice.
