Is it better to spend most days sparring and training physicals or Physicals and secondaries?

Primaries have a greater overall effect on whatever action you're taking in a fight. But having deceptively high secondaries and physicals can be a game changer too.
At least a couple vet managers I know train their secondaries to Wonderful or higher before they ever spar.

As far as I know, if you have even a little money at your disposal (for gym fees), you can get FAR better results by starting with training secondaries in 1on1 or 1on2 sessions with elite trainers. Usually cheap sparring gyms have a shit ton of members with loads of people at sparring sessions (some with very good primaries to give the sessions value), so they are a viable option for cheaper budgets (you should still aim for 6-7 circuit trainings / week with elite coah).

If your fighter is injured, but has over 75% energy, can you do any type of training at all? Or does this diminish his morale/energy more?

Injury has no effect on training. Also for best results only train at 90% or higher energy levels.

Depends on the age of the fighter/when you plan on fighting IMO. Primaries make the biggest difference in game but honestly I wouldn't worry about sparring if you plan on training with the fighter for months and months beforehand. Training secondaries make your primaries grow faster than vice versa IIRC. Another big thing most forget is that physicals play a HUGE part. Always a good idea to beef up on the physicals for a couple weeks-months before fighting for the first time (newly created fighter).
