Hello guys. I was wondering how would you go about changing your fighters weight class? My guy is 220 pounds and cuts to 207.5. I was ideally wanting for him to cut to 205 for the light heavyweight division. Just wanted to know if this was possible and how?

Try to get as many cardio sessions in for your fighter as possible. That will raise their conditioning skill allowing them to cut more weight.

Jon Boner Jones is a dumb junkie loser who is ruining the UFC and he should be banned from MMA for life.
