RazorMuayThai
Strength is important you need to get it up, I'd train 3-4 times a week maybe more with weight supplements if he was useless

duphus
I thought sparring takes more than secondaries? it does, but I remember cardio sessions (not C/T) being more then sparring by a little which is what I said in my post. Secondary training take the least energy besides yoga

Guest
can i improve strenght with general circuit? takes a lot of time? Yes you will, but it will take more time than you making him train weights, which is more centralized on what you want to get up.
Rain
Any kind of circuit training helps with all of the physicals, but especially helps with the one mentioned in there. For example: Circuit Training (Speed) will give you average benefits for Agility, Flexibility, Conditioning, Strenght, Balance, and huge benefits for Speed. If you want to train your strenght, you should buy Muscle Bulk supplements and train your strenght at least 4-5 times a week. Also, you should train your conditioning at first to at least 12, because with 12 conditioning you can train the whole week without getting your energy levels under 90%.
