You can get IQ tests for your fighters via Spin & Win. Some people believe the Morale Bar after a loss is a good measure of Confidence. Your total Pops over time chart will reveal your learning speeds quite readily after a couple weeks. Other than that you just gotta read your fights carefully. If morale is at 50% after a loss this means 75 Confidence rating (all hiddens are max 150). If he pops other hidden on tott, that means that chin and ko power arent high enough. Learning speed you can check with 1on1 training with 100% energy and morale. Confidence you can learn after a loss.
