Ay4
Seems like it takes a bit to long to get your guy to fight. If you do a quick fight you have to wait for like 3 days to see the results. I havn't had any of my guys in a contract fight yet but i would imagine it takes forever and a day. If things could get speed up somewhat, that would be good. Guest
If your fighter is injured for 15 days you won't want a fight. Its how the game goes. Its more about training and trying to be like a somewhat faster version of managing a fighter. You can't make it with just fighting everyday and no one gets hurt and no one needs to train. MMATycoon
I'll post the stock answer when people say stuff like this. People need to get their head round what the game is. IT'S NOT AN ARCADE GAME. There are loads of games like this for other sports like baseball, soccer, football, cricket etc... It's meant to be something that you play like you play a real life fantasy football league for example. In that example you make your picks, do your trades then you check back at the end of the week to see how you got on. In this game you do your business, set your training, book your fight, then you leave it and wait til the fight happens, much like you have to wait for real life football games. It is not meant to give you something to do every day of the week for hours per day - although if you run a company or have 10 fighters you can do that too. Rather, it's meant to be something you play for e.g. 2 years, spending a bit of time each week on it and watching it gradually progress. There are arcade games for instant gratification - this is different type of game entirely.

MMATycoon
Some people like the pace and some don't, basically... It's never going to change though. But I hope that if people figure out what this game actually is, they can get their heads round the pace. Some people seem to want to be entertained by the site from the moment they sign in for a whole day or something, as if they didn't have anything to do before the game appeared and they couldn't just go do something else whilst they waited. Like the example I gave with Fantasy Football. People would have no problem with only logging on every so often to do things. If you come into this understanding that it's not an instant gratification arcade game then I think that you start to "get it" a bit more. Ay4
Im very new to all of this. It seems like it will be a fun thing to do. Only thing that is going to be irritating is if you wait for a week or two for your fight... and your excited for your fight... and then you loose your fight. Perhaps the very same thing happens in your next fight a week or two later. It could get discouraging. I suppose it is what it is. You either like it or you don't. Ill give it a try for a few weeks and see how i like it. Thanks for all the input. Ay4
Guest Knoppy
luckily I have the option to log on all day or maybe that's not lucky for me I try and log on at least once probably lot more than that. We have a great community and lucky to have forums to go along with the game. I am not super active here in the forums but I do read just about everything. I love the game itself. Oh and also if ya lose ya lose thats part of the game. What the hell fun is it if you win every fight every time. Ya learn from that loss and learn to adapt to your opponent next time.
