bjornmma1
I think this one category that will be determined a lot by the rest of the olympics. There have been quit a few upsets in the first round, so those who can shock the world once or twice more can be a valid candidate for this I think. I'm curious how the next round will go . markyosullivan
Dirty Dickie. Unfortunate not to get to the Lightweight Olympic finals and won the Mad Cash tournament hosted by Insanity. Also has an entertaining fighter thread.
bjornmma1
Is breakthrough fighter of the year for a fighter who didn't perform at the higher levels yet last year and now shows himself worthy at the highest level, or can it be guys who already were fighting at the top level? I'm not sure to be honest.
Wolf
Rocky McColgan - Currently ranked #2 HW. May have lost 4 times but he took the next step up in the competition and came out largely unscathed and ofc finalist in Olympics atm Hector Camacho - Top 10 WW, fought some serious competition this year. Only losses to some of the best of the best

Wolf
i'd also like to throw in Rockmeteller Todd for this one. Won the Tycoon Championships at the start of the year and is currently in the finals of the Olympics. He's had a great year and i expect him to be on top of the 185 division next year.

Breakthrough fighter of the year has always been traditionally a fighter who came from an ID org or a lower org into the big stage and found success. It is really one of those ones who you think will be fighter of the year next year.

I'm a huge fan of Todd. He is a HOF'er of NYFN and his manager is a pleasure to deal with as an org owner. Top manager and easy to work with. He is a beast. bazzypants
All good shouts. I'd say dickie would be my vote. His run in the Olympics was impressive and came as a bit of a surprise . When does voting open for these awards?
