Is it possible to fight in 2 divisions while keeping both belts at the same time?

I have a question about the vip membership. If for example I chose to get a vip membership for 3 months, I then will have up to 10 fighters and possibly start a company. If for example, I chose not to extend my vip and let it expire. Will I still maintain the company and the 10 fighters? Or those privileges are removed? Thank you

Hi I need to ask a question about travelling for a fight. Do I choose visit? And if I choose visit, how long will my fighter be there? How much time do I need to travel and How fast should I be in that city ahead of the fight (1,3,5 days?) And do I need to book another flight back after I arrive? Are all the planes private jet? or is there normal flight? Thanks. I'm super confused about the travelling thing.
