Stripping a Org Champ

Its been years since I ran a org so getting back into the business and bought one. How long do people typically wait to strip champs for inactivity and whats the hype hit?

 

Org Hype is slightly over 100 right now with next event being Saturday (110ish) and I have an uninvolved champ whose manager hasnt logged in for 17 days.

 

Planning on a potential tourney to crown a new champ in the next month or two. Any advice appreciated.

The Hype hit is 10%. As far as how long to wait. I usually wait until the manager has not logged in for 30 days, but that is just a matter of personal preference. If you decide that 15 days is too much then I doubt many would have a problem with that. Except the stripped champ maybe, but he likely will not be back if he's been gone for 15 days anyway.

I usually give them the same amount of time as they give me on inactivity. So if it’s 25 days they get the same amount in days.
