Matzugagi
Some dipshit accepted a fight contract saying in the message "he only wants kickboxing fights". It's not a kickboxing org. Then he turned down a fight with another stand up fighter. I don't suppose there is anything I can do.
RichyRandy
So he said he wants kickboxing fights but rejects a fight with a stand up fighter? That is really odd.You should tell him its not a kickboxing org and if he doesnt accept it tell him to gtfo
Decoy
Well, even against stand up fighter, it may very well go to the ground. So yeah, not much you can do. I mean, you can ask him to send you back signing fee he recieved and keep his fighter hostage untill he does it, but that's also shady thing to do. If that wasn't a lot of money, you can always bite down and just release him or I could cover that return fee for him, if you are tight on money. But on your own, you can't do much with him. Decoy
Neither would I, but that's simply because I would rather cut my losses then and there, instead of making fuzz and probably causing bad situation for my org. Just my opinion tho.

Thinking about it now im starting to agree with karter,as much as i dont like to hold fighters hostage in that situation its justified
Decoy
Im not saying its not, I see reasons for that, but it just creates tension that isn't neccesary. I would rather peace out than start a battle over a few k at best. Sure, it "punishes" manager, but it depends on a case too. If he doesn't play anymore, it makes no sense. If he is a dick and doesn't accept fights because not, he won't care and he will just start a fight in forum, because "his fighter is being unfairly held hostage" and you go into this he said, she said situation mostly. I would just rather save my nerves, said F it, release him and never do business with him again and warn others about his behaviour.
The1rstSaint
I thought if a fighter never takes a fight you get the sign bonus back after releasing them, maybe this was changed or I'm delusional again it happens.

aylib
Does he have other reasons for declining? Aside from both being stand up fighters- are they fairly evenly matched?

Shiv
Make em sit. Offer them a shitty fight every 3 weeks. That's what they deserve.
