Guo shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Guo slows the pace down in half guard.
Guo looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks XA with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Guo looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. #SU#
Guo decides to stand up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
XA changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Guo tries to avoid it but XA manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Guo to the ground. Guo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Guo was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Guo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

XA darts in looking for a takedown but Guo gets double underhooks and turns XA into the cage.

XA lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Guo circles away quickly and effectively.
