Hoosein Abdul decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Abdul changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Armstrong tries to avoid it but Abdul manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Armstrong to the ground. Armstrong escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Abdul uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bednarski.
Bednarski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Abdul swats him away and circles back towards the center.
We've been hearing reports that Bednarski has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Bednarski tries to score a power double leg takedown but Abdul sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bednarski somewhat.
Abdul throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Abdul has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
