and Skognar counters with a one-two to the body.
Skognar leaves Kospas with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Skognar throws a head kick that Kospas semi-blocks.
Anas Kospas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kospas.
We've been told by Skognar's head coaches at The Scrap Squad that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Arne Skognar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anas Kospas.

Hell is trying to maintain the position but Kospas is very close to passing his half guard.
Hell knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kospas on the ground.
Hell is trying to get back to full guard.
Kospas content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
It looks like Kospas might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
