We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Wei has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

After the fight, Wang Wei was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Armstrong throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Verde stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Verde has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
We've been told by Armstrong's head coaches at Cozad MMA Montreal that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
