Platsku is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Jones looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Platsku is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Platsku working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Platsku's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jones knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Platsku on the ground.

Platsku drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Platsku seems to have locked his on tight now - Jones screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Platsku, as he picks up the win!
