Okoye is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Tai stuns Okoye with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Tai misses with a hook. Okoye ducked under it nicely.
Okoye drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Tai defends it well.
Tai throws a body punch but Okoye moves out of range.
Okoye slips under a jab from Tai.

and Okoye counters with a takedown into side control.
Okoye controls the position.
Tai is trying to get back to half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Let's hope that Okoye has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Okoye takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

A very excited looking Mai Tai rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Canada shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tai is trying to defend but Canada finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
