Skystalker displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. #CUT#
It looks like Leonel Da Costa has been cut.
Skystalker stalks Da Costa and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Da Costa's face. Da Costa staggers backwards, shaken.
Skystalker throws a series of punches but Da Costa avoids them all with ease.
Skystalker misses with a double jab.
Skystalker bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Da Costa's head.
Skystalker throws a series of punches but Da Costa moves out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Da Costa shoots in looking for a takedown. Skystalker tries to sprawl out of it but Da Costa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Skystalker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Skystalker sizes up Da Costa with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Da Costa shoots for a takedown but Skystalker saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Da Costa on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

That has opened up Leonel Da Costa's cut even more.
Skystalker misses with a double jab
and Da Costa counters with a body kick that stops Skystalker in his tracks momentarily.
Skystalker throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Da Costa on the side of the head. #T1#
Da Costa avoids a punch combination nicely.
Skystalker plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Da Costa to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Da Costa just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

Da Costa throws Mendes to one side and escapes!

Mendes feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.#SUB#
Mendes is sitting in close to Da Costa's body. Da Costa has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Mendes is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Mendes is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Da Costa.
