Lanny shoots and misses
and Houls counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Lanny throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
A low kick from Houls is predictable there
and Lanny counters with a three punch combo that has Houls backing up. Houls nods at Lanny to acknowledge the strikes.
Lanny on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Lanny shoots in for a double leg but Houls sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Houls misses with a looping right.
Lanny misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Houls has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Houls throws a low kick but Lanny moves out of range easily. #CL2#

Houls tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Lanny smiles and moves away.

Davis Lanny seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Houls drops his hands momentarily and Lanny needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Houls just on the top of the head. Houls drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Houls - he's done!
