No luck for Faessi with that takedown attempt.
Shuku shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Faessi sprawls well. Faessi wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Shuku gets slowly back to his feet.
Shuku closes the distance and clinches up with Faessi, looking for a takedown. Shuku pushes Faessi against the cage but Faessi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.#TD2#

Faessi is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Faessi drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Faessi jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Shuku really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.#T2#
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Shuku is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Faessi has latched onto it... Big trouble! Faessi pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Shuku is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Faessi!
