Rawlings trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Beeeej keeping moving, preventing Rawlings from controlling successfully.
Beeeej really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rawlings. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Rawlings sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Beeeej's guard.
Beeeej is staying active underneath Rawlings, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Rawlings wants to advance to full mount but Beeeej doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Rawlings got a little sloppy there for a moment and Beeeej has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rawlings has managed to get both his arms back between Beeeej's legs - danger averted.

It looks like Richard Rawlings has been cut.
Rawlings tries for a takedown but Francisco circles away easily
and Francisco counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.#TD2#
Rawlings closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. #SUB2#
Rawlings has an Americana. Francisco didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Rawlings is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Rawlings hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Rawlings is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Samandari's half guard.
Rawlings takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Samandari is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Rawlings jumps into side control!
Rawlings is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Samandari will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Samandari tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Rawlings cranks the arm and Samandari screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Samandari, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
