Jam cracks Ray with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Ray is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Ray is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Ray could not beat the count!

Ray avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Torres loads up on a big right hand but Ray slips the punch.
Torres throws a lazy uppercut
and Ray connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.#CUT#
It looks like Juan Torres has been cut.
Ray throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Torres.
Ray moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Torres takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Ray fails to land with a series of punches.
Ray smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Ray's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Ray duly obliges.
Torres looks winded!
