Three tries to counter with a clinch but Maeda shakes him off and moves away.
Maeda doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Three counters with a left to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keisuke Maeda. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Three lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Three throws a series of punches but Maeda moves out of range.
Three fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Mondo moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Rico Mondo has been cut.
Mondo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Three.
Mondo seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Three throws a big shot that misses.
Mondo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Mondo looks to throw the jab but Three is out of range.
Mondo tries to bum rush Three with a series of wild strikes but Three uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Three! But no joy.
A big left from Three misses.
Mondo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Three.
Mondo misses with the combination.
A swing and a miss from Mondo.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Three drops Mondo with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Mondo looks back up at him and smiles so Three waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed. #ROC2#

Three cracks Mondo on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Mondo falls backwards against the cage. Three follows up with more strikes that drop Mondo to his knees. Three keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Mondo! This one is all over!

It looks like Kevin Cote has been cut.
Cote stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Three punishes Cote's body with a nice straight punch.
Three tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cote paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Cote gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Three.
Three cracks Cote with a good jab.
Three displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Cote.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Cote is looking to take a break and control but Three is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Cote looks up at the clock and then as Three takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Cote smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Test Three is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Cote remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Three wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
