Nnamdi closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Cassel has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Nnamdi should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Cassel has tightened it up now! Nnamdi should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Nnamdi misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Androula unleashes a big counter combination but Nnamdi bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Androula leaves Nnamdi with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for JoJo Nnamdi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
