We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kim looking for a triangle here. Ragardo is fighting it but it looks tight! Kim pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Ragardo is tapping out - this one is all over!

After the fight, Aron Kim was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Kim looking to score a takedown here. Ortiz is defending well but Kim drives through and ends up in Ortiz's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB#
Ortiz looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Kim trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Ortiz can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kim controls the pace.#SUB2#
Kim drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kim jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. #SUB#
Kim got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ortiz has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kim has managed to get both his arms back between Ortiz's legs - danger averted.
Ortiz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kim on the ground.

Kim tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Kim remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Kim fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ortiz sprawls well initially but Kim persists and gets the takedown into half guard. #ES#
Ortiz manages to escape and get back to his feet!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Kim tries a head kick but it misses.
Ortiz is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Ortiz tries to move into range but Kim moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kim can do anything to dispel that myth.
Kim bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ortiz's guard. #REVB#

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
