A momentary lapse in concentration from Luft enables Beats to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Luft manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Beats slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Beats is looking to take a break and control but Luft is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Beats tries to score with some ground and pound. Luft controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Beats remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. #SUB#

Luft is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Luft is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Beats couldn't care less - he's delighted!
