Romero tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sapp swivels and escapes.
Romero tries to close the distance and clinch but Sapp swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sapp misses with a combination #TD2#
and Romero counters with a shoot takedown. Sapp fights it but they end up in guard.
Romero wants to control from the top but Sapp keeps moving.

Towson gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Sapp blocks an elbow strike.
Sapp lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Towson goes for a takedown attempt but Sapp pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Towson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Towson dives in for a single leg takedown but Sapp sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Nice takedown defense from Sapp. No joy for Towson on that attempt.
An attempted straight right counter from Sapp misses the target.
Greg Sapp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Greg Towson.#CL#

Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Sapp and the ref steps in to end the fight! Sapp can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
