Powell is trying to stand up here but Hamza is controlling him well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Powell scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Hamza manages to mount him!

Hamza working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Powell is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Hamza has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Powell taps out!
