I was talking to Barca's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

A jab from Henway finds it's way through VeryHard's defenses.
Henway throws a combination that misses #TD2#
and VeryHard counters with a nice double leg into side control. Henway won't be happy with that.

VeryHard is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Henway looks calm but he's in trouble here. VeryHard gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Henway is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! VeryHard lets go of the hold and Henway can pop his arm back in it's socket.

VeryHard takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Kuodis misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
And VeryHard tries to counter it with a takedown but Kuodis pushes his down on his head and steps out.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! VeryHard crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kuodis - the referee stops the clock and VeryHard gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kuodis. VeryHard manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Kuodis is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but VeryHard has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Kuodis is looking to defend but VeryHard has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Kuodis! VeryHard pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Kuodis taps out and this one is all over!

VeryHard is working to tighten his grip on Jones's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Jones has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but VeryHard is really squeezing tight and eventually Jones passes out! VeryHard breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
